Performed Installation: blood.line blood.line
site-specific performed installation

Materials include: clothes line, steel wash basin, water, wooden clothes pins, 40 white bed sheets, whitewashed chair and table, pitcher & bowl, beet juice.

One performer in white, over the course of three hours, methodically rinsed, wrung and hung sheets to dry, then folded and stacked large pile of sheets, with the help of participating viewers. After sunset, performer poured beet juice over her body, and marked all the hanging sheets with her body imprints. The white figure then walked off into the dark, to the horizon, leaving only the impression of her hours of work behind.
